Today, I sat in on one of Jason Pelt’s Criminal Justice classes at Grace Prep. Here is what I learned:
The Crime Patrol model is for the safety of the the group, as a whole. Whereas the Due Process model fights for the individual’s rights.
There was a small discussion on the topic of age, in regards to trying a minor as an adult.
I learned that everyone has had at least one encounter with INTERPOL.
I am excited to learn more. I have my first paper due on 24 Sept about amendment 4 in the Bill of Rights. I’m going to own that sucker.

if you are studying search and seizure, the only sucker you need to own is “seer”… that’s how the lawyers get it done… SHAMON!!!
